The shrimp cooking and quick-freezing production line is a fully automatic shrimp cooking and quick-freezing production
line designed and manufactured by our company based on many years of production experience, combined with the
needs of domestic and foreign customers and HACCP specifications. This line is mainly suitable for the cooking and
quick-freezing processing of South American shrimp, white shrimp, crayfish, tiger shrimp and other shrimp products.
SBD series single quick-freezer without steel plate and strip is conveyed by stainless steel strip. Both positive and
reverse cold air blows over the strip. The return air distance is short, the refrigeration speed is fast, and the evaporator
adopts all-aluminium alloy evaporator with high thermal efficiency. It has fast cooling speed, large windward area and is
not easy to frost. It can be continuously produced for a long time. The brackets inside and outside the warehouse are
made of stainless steel to ensure hygienic conditions, and the stainless steel strips are not easy to skid and deviate with
double driving devices. It is suitable for quick freezing of aquatic products (shrimp, squid, fish fillet, scallop, etc.), cut meat,
pasta, fruits and vegetables, fried food, etc.
